1.鸡蛋分离出蛋黄

2.加入牛奶和玉米油拌匀

5.蛋清加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打发到干性发泡即出现短小尖角

6.取1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊内,翻拌均匀

8.倒入6寸模具内8分满,烤箱150度预热好后,放入中下层,烤制45分钟即可,出炉后倒扣冷却备用

9.白豆沙加入牛奶拌匀至顺滑并可以造型的状态,如图

10.蛋糕胚一份为二,去适量的白豆沙抹在中间做夹心,还可放入水果蜜豆

小窍门&温馨提示
最后,一定要记住,加入粉类的时候要用小勺子,我就是直接到的,结果把20克蔓越莓粉统统倒了进去,用不到5克的量,剩余的都结块了,那个心疼啊~
